Nourish your mind and body

Join me for the practice to build strength and flexibility in your body, stillness in your mind, and connection to yourself and people around you.

You will be safely guided through a series of stretches and yoga postures, breath practice, meditation, and forest bathing practice to benefit your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. 

Hagino is a peaceful and patient yoga teacher, and she always makes sure her students are getting the best out of every yoga class. I never feel judged by Hagino, only supported and cared for.
