Welcome! I’m Hagino and I offer gentle hatha yoga classes focusing on alignment and breath. I completed an intensive teacher training course in 2009 and have been actively teaching ever since. I try to create a welcoming space for everyone to practice and leave feeling grounded and nourished after the class.
What do you want from a yoga class? Strength and flexibility?
We get much more from practicing yoga – focus, clarity, relaxation, balance, authenticity, to name a few – and physical strength and flexibility come as added bonus! What I like about yoga is that anybody can practice, from just breathing to physical postures to meditation, and you always learn something new about yourself.
