Gentle Yoga (Waitati Hall)
Are you a beginner? Or do you simply want a yoga class that moves at a slower pace? This is the class for you!
Slowly build strength and flexibility in your body, and cultivate resilience over time. If you are interested in meditation, this class offers guided meditation to find stillness.
Themed Yoga Class (Waitati Hall)
What we practice changes based on current theme, such as create balance using ayurvedic principles, breath exploration, and yoga nidra. We will explore different aspects of yoga and how we can apply them to our practice.
Restore & Rejuvenate (Waitati Hall)
Release stress by moving through some strong poses while increasing relaxation and focus. If you spend your day taking care of other people - it's time for self-care.
Seasonal Hatha Yoga (Warrington Hall)
You will follow a sequence of whole body yoga poses while focusing on your body alignment, paired with breathing techniques. This class balances challenge and calmness, and our needs depending on the season.

What to bring
Please bring your own mat, and any props you like. I suggest a wool blanket and a yoga block if you have them.
